For added security, we highly recommend requesting insurance if deemed necessary for your shipment. Email us BEFORE completing checkout if insurance is requested. We encourage the use of UPS shipping services when insurance is required. USPS insurance does not cover minerals any longer.
**Responsibility for Shipped Items**
Once the items are shipped, they are no longer within our responsibility. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, unforeseen accidents can occur during transit. In the event of loss or damage, it becomes the customer's responsibility to initiate and process of an insurance claim.
